How does your clothing fit?

Our styles are true to size. We recommend ordering your usual size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes XS through 3XL across most styles. Size availability may vary by product — check the size selector on each product page for current availability.

Do two-piece sets and coordinated outfits come in matching sizes?

Yes! All sets are sold together and sized to match. Simply select your size and both pieces will be the same size.

Is there a size chart?

Yes — a size chart is available on every product page. Scroll down on any product to find measurements for bust, waist, and hips to help you find your perfect fit.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at rajoniqjames21@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make a change.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
